Earn Your Doctorate and Masters at the same time

Five Branches University now offers its new Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a dual degree – DTCM/MTCM. This allows students to complete a single 4-year program, and earn both the Doctoral and Master’s upon graduation. The DTCM/MTCM dual degree minimizes study time, grants financial aid, and allows students to sit for both the California licensing and National certification exams.

Job Description
The Instructional Technology Specialist is in charge of integrating technology to accelerate learning outcomes for all students.  Works for our University’s teaching team and collaborates with the Information Technology (IT) team as well as the Knowledge Management (KM) team to serve student and staff needs. Provides information and assistance to faculty and staff using IT equipment and software; Provides training and workshops for individuals or small groups on a number of topics dealing with technology and course work delivery. Provides leadership in developing, achieving, and maintaining high-quality technology integration into teaching and learning throughout all educational settings to support teachers in enhancing instruction, improve student performance, and assist students in becoming technologically savvy.

The University’s San Jose Campus Administrative Assistant and Receptionist sits at the center of the campus, offering a platform to learn about, and assist with, the various student and faculty services of the university: 

  • assisting the university registrar and director of student and faculty services
  • assisting admissions and interacting with new students
