Job Description
The Instructional Technology Specialist is in charge of integrating technology to accelerate learning outcomes for all students.  Works for our University’s teaching team and collaborates with the Information Technology (IT) team as well as the Knowledge Management (KM) team to serve student and staff needs. Provides information and assistance to faculty and staff using IT equipment and software; Provides training and workshops for individuals or small groups on a number of topics dealing with technology and course work delivery. Provides leadership in developing, achieving, and maintaining high-quality technology integration into teaching and learning throughout all educational settings to support teachers in enhancing instruction, improve student performance, and assist students in becoming technologically savvy.

University Administrative Assistant and Receptionist

Position Description

The University’s San Jose Campus Administrative Assistant and Receptionist sits at the center of the campus, offering a platform to learn about, and assist with, the various student and faculty services of the university: 

  • assisting the university registrar and director of student and faculty services
  • assisting admissions and interacting with new students
  • assisting enrolled students
  • assisting faculty 
  • receiving guests in person and on the phone
  • managing the office.

We are seeking a candidate who enjoys multi-tasking, and greeting and assisting people in person, on the phone, and via email. You value professionalism, excellent service, integrity, compassion, teamwork, and have a positive attitude. You have excellent people and computer skills, are accurate and detail-oriented, have excellent communication and writing skills, can perform duties on your own without supervision for periods of time, and have good references. Remuneration

Remuneration is $40,000 to $45,000 proportional to education and experience. Benefits include free Traditional Chinese Medicine healthcare at the University’s clinic.
